« موسم آزادی ملت ایران از زنجیر استکبار و استعمار فرا رسید و مردی از سلاله رسول الله(ص)، شیواترین انقلاب تاریخ را با تکیه بر ایمان خود و اتفاق مردمانش رقم زد. انقلابی که رساترین فریاد تاریخ، یعنی امام امت، آن را رهبری کرد و به پیروزی رساند.
دهه فجر انقلاب اسلامی، سرآغاز طلوع خورشید درخشان انقلاب اسلامی و تبلور شکوه و عظمت نهضتی مبتنی بر تعالیم نبوی است که توانست حکومتی الهی را در این مرز و بوم الهی و آسمانی که هر روز درخت اعتبار و شکوهش پربار تر و تنومند تر می‌شود، تثبیت کند.
خدای تعالی را سپاس که به برکت نفس قدسی حضرت روح الله و ایثار و فداکاری شهیدان والا مقام، عصاره تاریخ بر صحیفه سرخ بهمن چکید و بهمن خونین را همچون رودی خروشان از ایثار در ایران عزیز روان و واژه های جهاد و شهادت را از اوج اندیشه به ژرفای دل جاری ساخت.
با کمال احترام و خرسندی، فرارسیدن چهل و چهارمین درخشندگی مهر بهمن و پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به زعامت بنیانگزار کبیر انقلاب اسلامی حضرت خمینی کبیر (ره) را به پیشگاه منور و ملکوتی حضرت صاحب الزمان ( روحی و ارواح العالمین لتراب مقدمه الفداء)؛ رهبر عالیقدر و عظیم الشأن انقلاب اسلامی حضرت آیت الله العظمی امام خامنه ای (مد ظله العالی) و ملت حماسه آفرین، انقلابی و ولایت مدار بخصوص خانواده بزرگ تامین اجتماعی تبریک و تهنیت عرض نموده و از درگاه حضرت دوست، تبلور نور و حجت عشق از پگاه ازل تا عشاء ابد را برای تمام شاهدان فجر و نسیم خوش سحرگاه استقلال، آزادی و جمهوری اسلامی تمنا دارم. »
