مدیر دفتر ارتباط با مشتریان شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان قم از پاسخگویی به 357 هزار تماس مشترکین آب و فاضلاب در سال گذشته خبر داد و از تمام هم استانی‌های عزیز به ویژه ساکنان روستاهای استان خواست هرگونه درخواست از شرکت آب و فاضلاب را از طریق شماره تلفن 122 پیگیری کنند.

به گزارش تفکیک نیوز،به نقل از روابط عمومی شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان قم، قاسم معارف وند به تشریح گزارشی از فعالیت های مرکز تلفنی 122 آبفای قم در سال گذشته پرداخت و از برقراری 357 هزار تماس مردمی در حوزه‌های مختلف با این مرکز خبر داد و گفت: از این تعداد تماس 66 درصد توسط کارشناسان و 34 درصد توسط سامانه‌های خودکار مانند اعلام رقم کنتور، استعلام مبلغ آب‌بها و… پاسخگویی شده است.

وی میانگین زمان انتظار شهروندان برای ارتباط با کارشناسان مرکز تماس 122 آبفای قم را در سال گذشته 54 ثانیه اعلام کرد و اظهار داشت: با توجه به اینکه در زمان وقوع حادثه و قطع آب در شهرهای استان، تعداد تماس‌ها با مرکز 122 افزایش می‌یابد، زمان انتظار برای پاسخگویی به شهروندان در این مواقع به صورت مقطعی بالا می رود که در این خصوص از صبر و شکیبایی مردم قدردانی می‌کنیم.
